Multi Engine Time Building PDF Print E-mail

Here is a unique chance for you to not only build multi engine flight time, but to help save animals and to help people. Any rating- or career-oriented person knows the pressure and difficulty involved in trying to build flight time. If you are just getting started, or if you have agonized over building time, Sky Ark can provide you with a fun way to achieve your goals. Of course, there are also pilots who only want to fly and have no desire to work for an airline but just want to help.

This program is designed to provide an atmosphere of helping and giving. You and your Mission Pilot Partner will fly these missions logging all time as PIC. During all flights, pilots flying in Sky Ark aircraft will be flying as Mission Pilots! Your route will be decided on a day by day "flex-schedule" by Sky Ark and your Command Pilot. You are not just building flight time; you will experience what it is like to be a corporate pilot or air ambulance pilot. This type of flying is not easy, and if you are just interested in cheap and boring time-building, then this program is not for you.

You will be in all types of weather and around animals most of the time. Multi Rated Pilots may apply as Mission Pilots. If accepted, you will be able to build PIC multi-engine flight time. Let's face it: No insurance company will insure a pilot for multi-engine flight with just a handful of hours. By building time, pilots can gain the flight hours needed to meet the minimum standards for most insurance carriers. You not only learn how to fly with other pilots and to confidently fly a multi-engine aircraft safely, but you will help do a good thing. You may be able to write off your donation and mission expenses as a tax deductible contribution, but we advise you to seek the counsel of a tax professional on this subject, as tax laws can change at any time.

Unlike other timebuilding programs you can gather donations to help pay for your timebuilding, if you know how to raise funds using our tax-exempt status.
